Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you automatically agree to my Terms of Service.
Please read thoroughly before commissioning.

❦ Payment ❦

❦ I accept payment through PayPal/USD via invoices. I do not accept cryptocurrencies at all.❦ Payment must be 50% before starting of commission and 50% after sketch completion or upfront immediately.❦ Final 50% of payment/prices will change slightly due to additional charges in edits/redoes (if made, will be informed immediately)❦ I will give a certain timeframe to pay if needed (for those who pay half upfront) before continuation. Any delay without giving reason or without informing me will automatically be cancelled.❦ The client is responsible for their financial situation at all times.

❦ All About the Service ❦

❦ Commissions will take around 1-4 weeks (depending on complexity, type of commission, how quickly you communicate with me, health and schedule.)❦ ***Please note that communication is extremely CRUCIAL in how fast or how slow your commission will be made. A lack of/poor communication with me will result in a delay, and may ultimately lead to cancelation with no refund, and I will absolutely not chase you around, nor will I accept your silence as a means of me being behind the scenes simply "getting your work done". __ All my inquiries are responded to within 24 hours.__ So please take this, as well as the work in a serious manner.❦ Any delay in commission work will be informed to you immediately.❦ Do not continuously ask me about the drawing(s) to the point of annoyance; do not push me to my limits. I have my reasons to be late, and you will be informed if such a delay were to occur. Otherwise, I could cancel the commission immediately.❦ All drafts sent in will have a watermark on them until the final piece. If you've failed to provide full payment by the end of the completion, then the watermark will not be removed.❦ As part of the service, you get 3 edits (major/minor) free of charge. Any extra edits/redoes done will require an extra fee.❦ All changes/edits shall be made during the sketching phase. If edits/redoes are made during the end stages, then an extra fee is required.❦ All prices listed are for non-commercial use. If you like to request a piece for commercial use, then let me know.❦ References are a must!❦ If a refund is requested, then your money shall be refunded as follows:
❦ Before payment/discussion/sketching phase: 100% refunded
❦ Sketching phase: 50% refunded
❦ Past Sketching phase: No refund*Please be honest with me about how you want your piece to be/changes…etc. If you are truly unhappy with the work, then please let me know and we can work something out.

❦ Other Information ❦

❦ I have the complete right to decline any commission for whatever reason it may be.❦ I have the right to use the pictures as part of my portfolio, however, I will ask beforehand if you wish for me to post the piece(s) made on my socials. If you'd like me to keep you anonymous, I'll be happy to do so!❦ If you wish to post the piece on your own socials, please provide credit onto the appropriate social handle found on the homepage.
